Allied Bolt and Screw Corporation is a Small Business which has been operating in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since 1961 when it was incorporated by Richard 'Dick' Goldberg.
Allied Bolt and Screw was located on the corner of Wareham and Albany Streets in Boston for 40 years, maintaining 15,000 square feet on two floors of a warehouse building. In 2001, the company moved to Canton, Massachusetts.
As a young boy, Neil Goldberg continued to gain knowledge of the business as he worked 'through the ranks' in the Boston-based company by working in the warehouse filling shelves, in the Shipping Department loading and unloading trucks, in the Packing Room packaging screws, and servicing customer's needs on the phone and at the counter.
In 1976, upon graduating from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst with a degree in Business Management, Neil joined the staff in a full time capacity in product development, marketing and sales.
With well over 50 years experience in the industry, Neil and his family have always been committed to offering a wide range of standard and special quality fasteners at the most competitive prices.
Allied Bolt and Screw is not a 'cookie-cutter' operation. The company is well known for it's many standards and specials. The warehouse is filled with fasteners of all types, strengths and materials. Having relationships with some of the best suppliers and manufacturers across the United States, Allied Bolt and Screw has the ability to provide quality domestic parts in all strengths, materials and specifications up to 4" diameter with Material Test Report Certification when required.
